Dr Jan Russell Dexter is an accredited coach AC, ILM,  and Practitioner, Master Practitioner and qualified trainer in Neuro Linguistic Programming.  She is currently a Senior Visiting Fellow at the University of Lincoln Business Coaching.

Jan is the author of several books and papers the two most recent being,  ‘Blank Minds and Sticky Moments in Counselling’, [2009, 2nd edition], and ‘An Introduction to Coaching’ [2011] demonstrating  her breadth and depth of international experience in the voluntary, public and corporate sectors.

She has just co-authored ‘Who’s Broken My Scales’, a self-help weight management approach using NLP and coaching principles.  Jan is known for her creative and vital approach to client and group work, and is passionate about making coaching accessible.

Off piste, Jan loves dancing and writing, is a Master in Creative Writing, and is in process of publishing her third contemporary fiction novel.
