Dr Graham Dexter is an accredited coach AC and trained tutor (Med) and is currently a Senior Visiting Fellow at the University of Lincoln Business Coaching.

He is a Practitioner and Master Practitioner in NLP, and is passionate about enabling clients and delegates to understand the principles of motivation for them to use effectively towards their own goals.

Graham is the author of several books, spanning his early career in psychiatry through to his vast range of corporate experience and tutoring at an international level, from Psychiatric Nursing Skills, [1986, 1st Edition] to An Introduction to Coaching, [2011]

He has just co-authored his first `self help book’ on using coaching for weight management (Who’s Broken My Scales, 2012). Graham is known for making the complex simple and for being an engaging and impactful speaker, trainer and coach. For recreation, Graham breeds and flies Birmingham Roller pigeons, and is a world expert in his hobby!
